Organic compost is produced on-site using natural materials without synthetic chemical additives and is regularly incorporated into the vineyard soils to improve structure, fertility, and microbial activity. The farm also maintains earthworm breeding sites, where young earthworms are cultivated and introduced into the vineyards. Their natural soil aeration and nutrient recycling processes contribute to healthier, more balanced soils and support sustainable vineyard production over the long term.
